Onion Chicken Foil Packets

Nothing compares to cooking something in a foil packet, its much like cooking something in a crock pot.

Onion Chicken Foil Packets
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 small summer squash
2 yellow onions
2 cups slice mushrooms or 2 small cans
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
4 tablespoons I can't believe its not butter spray made with Olive Oil (I just unscrewed the top and poured)
Worcestershire sauce and Garlic Sauce to taste
A large sheet of tin foil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken breasts on both sides with the dry soup mix 1/2 teaspoon on each piece. Set aside. Chop your veggies and put them in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the onion soup mix, the butter, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt to taste if you like.

You can make either individual foil packets which makes it easier to measure exact calories or you can make one big packet. Regardless of which route you decide to go the tin foil should be sprayed with cooking spray first, then place the chicken on top, and pour the veggies over the chicken. Fold up the side of the tin foil to seal in the chicken and veggies. I placed my foil packets on a baking sheet just to make it easier to put in and out of the oven, mostly for support I guess. Cook the packets for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
