Creamy Buffalo Chicken Wraps in the Slow Cooker

1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1onion sliced
1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp diced jalapenos (optional)
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
Whole wheat or Whole grain Wrap 

First things first set your slow cooker on lo and add your chicken to it. Then prep your veggies and add them along with the Buffalo Sauce. Mix together. (I say 1/2 cup but this is really an eye-ball it situation. I just use enough sauce to cover the chicken and it is usually 1/2 cup which is also usually half a bottle.) Cook on Lo 6-8 hours. Add the cream cheese during the last 30 or 15 minutes.
