Pork chops smothered with Peppers
I am genius. :)
I find I come up with rather good, simple ideas when I am crunched for time. I'm not a HUGE fan of pork chops but everyone else in the family likes them so I like to figure new things out to do with it.
4 pork chops
1 bag of frozen stir fry peppers and onions (You could do fresh if you wanted.)
1 red onion
pepper and salt, and meat and poultry seasoning sprinkled or rubbed on before baking,
Season the pork chops and place in a baking dish, cover with the frozen peppers and onions, and then cover with tin foil. Cook in over for 45mins-1 hour at 375 degree.
Bam theres your meat. I'm pretty sure I served this with rice, and asparagus.
